We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 4/3, 15:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/03, 14:30 UTC and that during the 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers may have experienced intermittent data gaps and incorrect alert activation in UK West region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in one of our dependent service.
